On this occasion, we had to call them because, once again, we had no hot water. My husband and I come home from work wanting to take a shower and get some rest, but time and again there is no hot water, and we are forced to bathe in freezing cold water—just as happened this time. What really frustrated me was that we called them and left a message; a while later, they called us back only to say that they *might* come by to take a look, or otherwise they wouldn't make it until the next day. In... other words, we pay $3,200 in rent just to deal with these kinds of problems. They always claim they are going to fix the issue, but we have been living here for five years now, and it is always the same story—nothing ever changes, except that the rent goes up by $100 every year.
