A/C repair Initial lack of communication for 7 days after submission of work request was frustrating and worrisome with temperatures rising.
I’m very grateful to have it restored today, thank you Siri for initiating quick response after my call.

Immediate Response. I stopped by the office to let them know that my bathroom light switch was malfunctioning, immediately they call maintenance and send them to my apartment. Honestly, every time I go the office it feels like I’m visiting friends. Everyone in the Glenn Valley Apartments crew is so friendly! I’m so glad that I can call this community home.

I love Glenn Valley Apartments Maintenance has always been quick to reply to requests. Zerick (sp) went above and beyond and did some preventative maintenance. Management knows that this is not just an apartment, it's our home. Thank you.

Maintenance response is always timely A couple of birds trapped in my dryer hose. I called maintenance and within five minutes, Rich was in my house helping me out with the birds. He brought basket so I can safely return the birds to their parents.
I want to give Rich a huge shout out for helping me to make this apartment a home from the very first day I moved in. He’s been nothing but patient and kind with me and my fur baby.

Shoutout to the maintenance team! My stove light wasn’t working and within hours, the maintenance team came in and fix it. Zereck did a great job! Thank you for helping me to make this house a home.
