The staff is friendly and I liked everything I saw. I looked at the one bedroom and will be putting in my application to live there. I can’t wait to use the pool and fitness center. It’s in a great location, close to my job. While out on the tour, the residents that were out seemed nice.

Be aware
If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
The visitor policy at this complex is beyond unreasonable—it’s borderline predatory. Every single guest has to register each visit and specify exactly how many hours they will be there. Even if they park in clearly marked visitor spots, they STILL have to go through this process every time. It’s excessive, inconvenient, and completely out of touch with real life.
What makes it worse is their partnership with New Era Towing. They constantly patrol... the property looking for any excuse to tow vehicles. If a guest makes even a small mistake in registration, their car is gone. The fees are inconsistent and they only accept cash, which is a huge red flag. On top of that, their staff is rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with.
Management claims all of this is for “resident safety” and to control congestion—but that argument falls apart when the front gate has been broken and left wide open for weeks. If safety actually mattered, fixing the gate would be a priority. Instead, it seems like enforcing towing is the real focus.
At this point, the whole system feels like a money grab at the expense of residents and their guests. It creates unnecessary stress and makes visitors feel unwelcome. And seriously—are delivery drivers expected to register every time too? The policy is completely unrealistic.
This is not about safety. It’s about control and collecting towing fees. I would not recommend living here if you expect reasonable policies or basic consideration for residents and their guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that parking and visitor policies can sometimes feel frustrating, especially when guests are involved, and we are sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way... .
Our visitor registration process and towing enforcement are in place to help address ongoing concerns related to parking availability and unauthorized vehicles within the community. We understand that these policies may not always feel convenient, but they are intended to help ensure that parking remains accessible for residents and their registered guests.
We also want to clarify that delivery drivers and short-term service vehicles are not expected to complete guest registration in the same manner as overnight or extended visitors. Additionally, while towing policies are enforced by a third-party company, we do encourage all residents and guests to carefully review the parking guidelines provided to help avoid issues.
Regarding the gate concerns, we understand your frustration. Repairs involving gate systems and outage-related damage can sometimes require outside vendors and parts, but please know that resolving these issues remains a priority for our team.
We genuinely value resident feedback, as it helps us evaluate our processes and identify areas where communication and operations can improve. Thank you again for sharing your concerns. -Stefanie Community Manager

Horrible
Amenities like the basketball court are closed 2/3's of the time. Trash valet service is provided about 2/5 of the time promised, on average. Labeling of buildings/entrances is only existent on 1/3 of the building at best. Noise is a constant issue. Car break ins are a constant issue. Car theft is an issue. Maintenance fails to properly install/repair equipment such as toilets, sinks, refrigerators, freezers, and lighting.

Thank you for your feedback. The basketball court was closed for a period of time due to excessive use by non-residents and residents letting non-residents in, as well as abuse of the facilities. We did a gradual reopening and it is back to the... regular hours. If your trash is not being picked up by Trash Butler, you can call the phone number on your trash can or you can call the Leasing Office to let us know so that we can communicate that with Trash Butler. Regarding your maintenance issues, I'd like to know more details about these issues. Please feel free to reach out to me with this information. Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you. Stefanie Wilson-Community Manager (336)691-5382

Honest Review, Actual Renter Since 2019.
Property is 10/10, Management is poor service. I have been renting with this property since 2019. I like the fact that the property is out of the way and right off the highway so if you need to go anywhere most of everything is about 10-15 minutes away. I have the smallest one bedroom and its big enough for me. I honestly love my apartment but there are things with management that didn't sit well with me. My car was broken into and they did nothing about it. Actually theres a community board and... multiple people complained of the same issue but no response from management. My packages have been stolen as well as other tenants according to community board and instead of doing something about it management tells me to get a amazon locker?? (they actually took the community board down LOL) Then the system charges me a late fee on my rent when there was money in my account and I have never been late and they cant take the fee off although I'm a great tenant who pays on time?? All this to say, I'm finally leaving this place but will miss my cozy apartment.
