Overall, really enjoyed my experience living here at Devonshire! Marvin has been extremely helpful sorting packages for our apartment. Though we’ve noticed that more neighbors are getting dogs as can easily hear dog barking from a few apartments away.

I enjoy living here. Location, location, location. It is in downtown, which is nice. They definitely have all the basics nailed down very well.
The only I wish is that there are no laundry in the units and we have to go down the hall for washer dryer.

The building is always clean, and the staff is polite. Maintenance requests have always been completed successfully and promptly. The gym is a great amenity, and the view is incredible.

Love the location, community, maintenance team. But the elevator keeps having issue and having neighbors stuck in it, which is very concerning to residents’ safety for such high rise building.
