this place is horrible, don't waste your money, there is a better than this.

This place is really bad. try to avoid that place.
every time they change the policy at the beginning there was a tennis court in the community then they changed it and sold it to a surrounded building and then they added the water and sewer to the billing finally they take more money from us when we paid by credit or debit although we used to pay with it with no extra fees.

They took two weeks to deny us, I work with a family here and they turn off the water with no warning, there’s cockroaches and ants and they are the rudest I’ve staff ever met. The apartments are usually very beautiful, and the neighbors are lovely but the staff are just horrible. And the receptionist emails are like a twelve year old is typing, with misspellings and no periods in sentences. It might be rude to comment on, but the emails look horribly unprofessional.

The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. This apartment is extremely terrible!!!! Stay away from them!!!

This is a nice place for postdoctoral and research scholars at the University of Louisville. A quiet, clean and accessible environment.
