We just moved in, but the staff has been very kind and helpful. The community is very pretty and well kept, except for the exception of some trash in the breezeways. The apartment is clean and spacious. No noise or loud tenants so far. The amenities are great!

The best parts of living at Highland Park Atlanta are the wonderful staff (Manager and Assistant) and the relatively peaceful setting. Central location is also a plus, as we are with 15 minutes to everything we need. However, the maintenance of our apartment on moving in was concerning. We spent a full day cleaning cabinets, floors, etc. of previous tenant(s) dirt, clogged drains full of hair, grease in oven drawer. We submitted list of maintenance items needing attention from property staff,... majority of which have not been addressed a week later, including a leaking toilet. We are sure things will improve. We are so appreciative of management staff who have made us feel welcome.
