Im looking to lease a unit soon since im relocating and I am big on the comfort for me. Overall the other properties around this definitely has better amenities, the other ones seemed updated and old with a smell. Keep it up

The leasing staff is really Nice, they help me with My move since the first day on the application, they were really patient with me, the manager is really Nice with me and family, maintenance is really helpful too

Living at The Marley at Trout River has been a pretty good experience overall. The apartments are spacious, and the riverfront location gives the property a nice peaceful vibe. The staff is usually professional and helpful when it comes to answering questions, and the property has useful amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and pet-friendly options.

I love this community. The grounds are kept up so beautifully by Eddie. He is so helpful! Property always looks clean, looks like new landscapers are coming and we can see the difference already
