Great place to live. The office staff is friendly and polite, they really care. My experience has been that when you talk with them and explain your situation, they will do all they can to work with you. The maintenance staff is top notch and repair everything as quick as possible. I’m excited for the pool to open!. I absolutely recommend this place!

Bad management and policy

Just avoid this apartment for your peace of mind. Inconsiderate staff, their payment system sucks, looking for ways to rip people off their hard earned money. The apartment facility is rubbish, they have a lot of work to do but instead they look for ways to rip people off their hard earned money

I have been a resident at Grandridge for a little over a years Randall and Julie have been wonderful! Whenever I had an issue, they addressed it professionally and I was satisfied with the results. I’m glad to be a resident here at Grandridge!

Grandridge great apartment

I have been living in Grandridge for almost 3 years. I absolutely love my apartment and I don’t have any complaints about any of my neighbors or any issues with animals as of yet. I absolutely adore Julie in the front office. She’s great with management and with any needs that I may have.
