Spacious, Quiet, Convenient to many stores/freeways,
Very spacious! (690 sq. ft) I have the one bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and my bed frame fits perfectly against the wall along the nook part of the window, with plenty of room for activities! The balcony is great, perfect little size. The location is perfect! Right in between the 8 and 94 freeways. Literally everything is nearby: Grocery Stores, Fast Food joints, Wal Mart, Target, Dollar Store, CVS, Grossmont center, Liquor store next block over.
Very quiet community. Neighbors are... respectful of community areas and laundry room is always kept clean, always seem to go when the washers are not in use, which is great. The Property Manager Lupe is awesome! She was very accommodating during my move in process and very communicative, can reach her via text or phone call anytime.
Parking can be busy sometimes for guest, as there is only street parking on La Mesa Blvd with a lot of 1-2 parking limits. But my unit came with a parking space, so if you are a 1 car household, you will be perfectly fine.
If you like your privacy and enjoy a quiet community with a large spacious apartment unit, this is the place for you.
