| We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with no weight limit. The pet fee is $250 per pet up to 40 lbs., and $500 per pet for pets over 40 lbs. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.

River Reach is located in Collier County.
We are located a quarter of a mile from the Naples Airport.
From Interstate 75 take exit #106, Golden Gate Parkway Exit, travel west 1.5 miles. Exit Right onto Airport. Take a left heading south on Airport Pulling Rd. (There is a stop light under the over pass go 6/10 of a mile). Continue past Spanky’s Restaurant, 7-11 and Hess Gas Station. Turn right heading west onto Horseshoe Drive and follow to River Reach Drive. Follow signs to the leasing center where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
From Golden Gate Parkway and Naples Airport exit, travel west on Pine Ridge Road. Travel 3 miles west to Airport Pulling Road and turn left. Travel south on Airport Pulling Rd for 3.3 mile to North Horseshoe Drive. Turn right heading west to River Reach Drive. Follow signs to the leasing center where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
