Woodmere Apartments Of Venice

My wife and I have lived at Woodmere for 4 years, and let me tell you, it's the best place to live in the area, for a multitude of reasons!

First off, the front office/management are very responsive. If we have any questions, they will get back to you quickly. You don't have to worry about waiting for a response, you will usually hear back in an expeditious manner! The man that owns Woodmere is great as well! He's very fair and he appreciates his tenants, you can tell that he cares about... quality residents, not just quantity! We have always been very happy with our front office/management team! Friendly, knowledgeable and very transparent, what more could you ask for? Plus, rent prices at Woodmere are VERY fair! You are getting a quality rental for a quality price!

Second, our maintenance team! You're not just getting people who are there for a paycheck, you're getting a maintenance team that truly cares about the happiness of their tenants. Response time for tickets is very quick, usually within 1 day, maybe 2 at the max. The maintenance team are very friendly, kind and helpful! They do an excellent job in all repairs and we have always been very happy with them and their work!

Third, the grounds themselves are impeccable! My better half and I love the fact that there are trees, as it keeps our vehicles significantly cooler in the warm weather! The grounds are always maintained well, you feel like you're walking into a living postcard. The nice thing is, this is actually how the grounds are! The amenities are great! A nice-sized swimming pool, a hot tub, a gym, a firepit, a park right across from the apartments, what more could you ask for?

My wife and I are very happy to be residents of Woodmere Apartments in Venice! You can tell that the appreciation comes from the owner and is in every member of the staff! The price for rent, the management/owners/front office, maintenance team and the grounds, all amazing, all wonderful!

Maintenance team here is AWESOME! That’s because of all the repairs this place needs on a daily basis. OLD and OUTDATED appliances and HVAC unit. The outdated air conditioner and the poorly outdated windows will cause you many illnesses. Then they tell you to not open your doors and windows due to an easily availability of mold. Too many rules here. You pay and live under the so many rules they have created. Good location, pretty nice units, but once you move in the staff becomes significantly less friendly, standoffish almost, service requests will sit for a week without action, and if you happen to be a long time resident they’ll soullessly increase your rent hundreds of dollars with about a months notice. Under different, caring management it could be a great place but otherwise do not recommend.

My lady and I moved here in August 2022, and we have LOVED every minute of being here!! Woodmere checks all of our boxes, in terms of requirements!

First off, the Front Office team is wonderful! They're very cordial, kind and responsive to the requests of their tenants. Heidi, Anthony and Trista do an excellent job of responding back to tenants. You can tell they enjoy their jobs, because they're always happy to be there!! That happiness shows in all they do! They're truly remarkable!! The grounds themselves are impeccably kept! Even after Ian, the property looked great! You can tell that the owner takes excellent care of their property! The pool is great too, always clean, a saltwater pool and refreshing! Plus, it's nice to be well off of Jacaranda! You have enough distance to where you're not hearing cars speeding down the roads at night. It's peaceful and quiet which is what you want!

You can tell that the neighbors enjoy being there too! People say hello to one another and are friendly! That in itself says a lot about Woodmere!! The fact that people are happy with where they live? Wonderful!

Another nice amenity is that you're close to 41 and Jacaranda, so if you have Walmart and Publix within walking distance, and restaurants nearby. You don't have to drive far to get what you need!!

In closing, we would definitely recommend Woodmere Apartments in Venice! The Front Office staff is the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex, the grounds are well-maintained and the fact that you're close to stores you'll visit regularly? Love living here.
First off office staff and maintenance staff are fantastic!, friendly, courteous, extremely helpful. Maintenance issues get done sometimes even before 24 hours.
Super clean great pool area. Landscaping always done well. When I moved in they made sure everything was freshly painted and replaced appliances...everything was in extremely good condition.
They give you a check list and I had two small issues that needed repairing and they were done by the next day.
The people who... live here in my experience are respectful and quiet.
I had a one-bedroom top corner unit with a view out to the back fountain and I felt when I came home from work every day that I was living at a resort.
The complex itself is off the street so it's pretty quiet and yet it is easily accessible to 75 and 41.
Anything you need is close by and many things are within walking distance the park next door is a nice place to walk and the library is across the street.
Parking is first come first serve but I've never had a problem finding an easy spot close to my door.
Rent is comparable if not better than other apartment complexes around the town of Venice for what you get here.
