Staff is rude, they don’t take care of their tenants, theirs roaches, I have pics and proof of maintenance tickets for the same things that never get fixed like leaks in the ceiling and ac issues that has now caused black mold!

Gates don't close. Roaches everywhere. Maintenance can take days even with emergencies (like a flooding apartment).

BEWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS!!! I had no AC for 3 months with these apartments, as well as constant roach issues and maintenance request just being ignored for weeks or months at a time! Management is rude and disrespectful, will only be nice to get you in the door, then it’s constant attitude and huffing and puffing to get just the basics done like my air filter replaced. I was constantly sick here as well, i had constant respiratory problems and didn’t start to heal until I moved out. There are... cats everywhere, and trash everywhere as well. JUST DONT MOVE HERE, there are plenty of apartments that are better then them! Also if you do get stuck moving here, make sure to take photos as we are have to go to small claims court just to get our deposit back! Do not apply. They have a “special “ of no admin fee or application fee only pay for a 250 deposit on a unit . Whether you qualify or not they will keep your deposit for the unit . Which was never explained and very bad communication . They never followed up with me I always had to call them.

i’ve lived here since february and the first management never fixed my oven,wishwasher or got rid of the roaches i saw. they got new management recently and at first i liked them cause they were fixing things like my oven, the apartment complex still doesn’t look great but i guess they’re trying, i liked them until i still was getting a crazy amount of roaches in my apartment and everytime i put in a service request or got someone to say they were gonna bring pest control i’d get an email saying... they came but i have a camera in my apartment and they literally wouldn’t come or they would come in and look around and do nothing. i took upon myself to put my trash can on the patio to see if it would help since no one was coming to get rid of these roaches but ofcourse they call me and say i’m breaking my lease agreement if i leave it out on my patio. and i out in service requests. i’ve called. i’ve sent emails. and nothing there’s a crazy amount of roaches still. i even roach fogged my apt 4 times recently since no one was doing anything to help me. and guess what they didn’t work.
i wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone. yes they’re cheaper but here’s why: the sidewalks are super dirty with piles of dirt so if it rains ur better off walking in the grass, tons of roaches, and the loudest neighbors ever screaming all early in the morning and super late at night, dirty pools, poorly lit parking and sidewalks, police are here a lot and the gates never close.
