Not worth it! This place sucks. water is constantly being turned off. Something is always breaking and takes maintenance forever to come fix it. Don’t live here, wish someone would have warned me. Counting down the days until my lease is up and I can get out of here!!

Cheap, but not worth the troubles
When I lived here it was terrible, bug infested, and impossible to ever see the property manager. when the place got tented for the bugs, many apartments were broken in to and robbed. Being so close to the rodeo and farm animals of the high school made summer time smell disgusting.

Ashwood/Mapleview Apartments
I have lived here for about 3 years now, there are onsite laundry facilities, as well as a pool and Jacuzzi. The maintenance staff is very helpful in all matters and is timely. Close to 7/11 and the freeways.. High School close by as well as elementary schools and Lindo Lake. Great exercise park to go to.

Ashwood 2 Apartments
I have lived here for over 7 years now, great family like community with your neighbors, love the accessibility to having a pool and Jacuzzi. Close to freeways and public transit, especially the barona casino bus.... Great office staff and maintenance staff... gets projects done in a timely manner and takes in to consideration all your concerns...

Mapleviw apartments
The apartments are quiet except for the occasional drunk fights. This is a rodeo town afterall. Quick walk to the bus, 7/11, local grocery, Liquor stores and the local grill.
