Maintenance Service The patio light for my apartment had blown out and I entered a maintenance request. The request was completed quickly and without any disruption to my home. Great job!

DRYER MADNESS SOLVED My dryer needed maintenance a couple years ago. At that time, the fix was cardboard and duct tape. The workaround lasted for about a year and a half. Enter Isaiah and Jonathan who got the dryer working. A follow-up was needed to attach the dryer hose, but that was a small matter. Excellent work by all. Fast and friendly response and the problem gets repaired.

Absolutely on point as usual! As I’ve said before, and I will say again until I’m blue in the face, I could not be happier with the maintenance department here. I originally just asked them to take a look at my sink, which I was expecting to be done in a few days. It’s understandable, It’s close to the weekend and it’s a large complex so it’s cool. I come home that day to not only it be done three other things that I didn’t even know were wrong was also fixed. Honestly, I could not be more... impressed.!!!

Maintenance The maintenance team has always been very prompt, responsive and gets the issues resolved. This time also it was the same experience, and the person was very polite and courteous.
