New apartment

I recently toured and moved into Ten31 Living Spaces and the experience has been great so far! The property is beautiful, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the management team has been very attentive and professional. The leasing process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the staff made everything stress-free from start to finish. Definitely excited to call this place home!

My new move!

I have loved every minute of living here so far! Im located in the heart of centerville surrounded by everything I love. Management has been a big part of the positive experience here. Makaelyn has been especially helpful throughout everything—always responsive, professional, and easy to talk to when anything comes up.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed community with solid amenities, Ten31 is definitely worth considering!

Making GREAT strives for nice living! Location awrsome!!! Managers, Maintenance, Contractors are all working for a better living space for Us all!

All staff is very helpful, rentals are very nice and updated. Very clean, new pool and other updates coming. Well maintained!

Perfect location

We love being in the Centerville school district plus it’s close to the Washington Township rec plex. The office has a coffee bar / hot chocolate that is perfect this time of year. They have new constructed apartments too if you want something brand new with peace of mind.
