Lovely place, great management
I really liked living at Woodgate for 2 years. The best part by far was how responsive and helpful the management was. We especially liked working with AshLi, who was always happy to explain things to us and help us avoid unnecessary fines when oddball situations came around. And our maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and fixed effectively, which was great. Rent was a bit high, but rent is high everywhere so I don't think it's much worse than most other places. The only tough... thing was that there are some regulations with what you can have on your patio, and the valet service has specifications that made it a little difficult sometimes to get trash taken care of, since the only dumpster for the complex is by the leasing office, which can be pretty far depending on where you live. But none of the complaints I had made it a bad place to live, nor were they bad enough that I wouldn't recommend living here.

Great Place to Live with Friendly Staff and a Peaceful Community!
I’ve had a really positive experience living at Woodgate Apartments. The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The location is also very convenient, with stores, restaurants, and everything I need close by. My neighbors have been respectful, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. I’d definitely recommend Woodgate to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable apartment community.

Comfortable, Clean, and Homey
Overall the apartment management is so helpful they listen and also never let any maintenance issue go by. The homes are modern so they have the really cozy home feeling! The amenities are so great as well which include a gym, pool, hot tub, & a playground. This is a place where I would definitely recommend and renew my lease!

Amazing place to live!

comfortable & convenient
I’ve had a good experience living here so far. The community is generally quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the property is kept clean. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live
