I would recommend this community because NORMA and the office staff really listen to residents and care about the community. As long a management and the office staff cares, residents feel things can always get better. Lighting has improved, security now patrols the place at night and the staff is approachable.

The security is not bad.. but some of my neighobors got their cars stolen, broken into. the gate barely close. i would suggest to keep it close all the time for safety matters. i suggested to make the light that visible on the tree to be more visible on the parking lot instead on the trees but nobody ever fixed that issue. it is not okay to keep the light inside the trees while the parking lot is not clear enough specially behind the lowes. there should be a better and comple fence right there... for safety matters. it is kinda dangerous for us the residents which will make effect on the company reputations if someone would trespass into the community , and commit a crime over here. the gate should be remain close all the times. there parking required more light because the trees at 70 person make the cars unvisible.please check the light that hanging on the trees and the fance behing the lowes and the sneak way in and out by the dumpster. otherwise, everything is clean and perfect to me.. I also barely see the security guard on the property. The gym needs to be usefull as well. i feel like there is not gym for workout. Read More

I would recommend this apartment community because the rent is reasonable, amenities are good, maintenance resolves issues promptly and efficiently, office personnel friendly, polite and attentive. The floor plan is very nice, comfortable and efficiently designed.

The prince of the apartment is reasonable and the apartment is clean. so i already recommend a friend of mine to come filled out applications.

I had a great experience with Norma. She was nice, calm, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would definitely refer to others.
