We are sorry to hear that you have concerns regarding the cleanliness of the amenities and the pool. Our... amenity areas are cleaned daily by our porter team, and we are always looking for opportunities to improve the resident experience. If there is a specific amenity area or cleanliness concern that you have observed, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn more so we can address it.

Regarding the pool, a brand-new pool heater was recently installed and this update was communicated to the community. Since the installation, residents have been enjoying the pool daily and into the evenings. If you are currently experiencing an issue with the pool or have concerns about its operation, we would love the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand what you are experiencing.
