The staff is very nice, but it can get rather confusing when it comes to communication with them. My main negative of the place is just how often the fire alarm gets pulled, especially since I live on the top floor and have a cat (elevator goes down, so I have to climb all the stairs). The laundry prices are very fair and haven't had many issues with getting available machines. Overall, its rather decent, but there are some parts that could be better (still good location and rent price wise).

DONOT LIVE HERE.
The management is unprofessional and constantly tries to scam residents.
I have lived here for five months, and every single month there has been a new, unexplained charge added to my account. When you attempt to resolve the issue, they hang up on you.
The Assistant Manager will promise to remove the charges, then later claim the month has ended and it’s “too late” to make any adjustments—resulting in additional late fees if you refuse to pay. This place is a nightmare to... deal with. Save yourself the frustration and do not live here.

Horrible place to live
Overpriced rent, thin walls you can hear everyone above you and to the sides, constantly smells like weed constantly, doesn’t tow people without parking passes so if you PAY for a spot and get there past 8pm you will have no parking available.

Horrible management
I lived there for five years when the management changed from Marquette to eagle management this palace become nightmare to us. When we moved out in 2019 we made sure all payments has done, talked to property managers, she said all good. Today after two years we found out our account is on collection just for $114, due to unpaid balance from four lake apt. We never received any calls not even paper statements that we have some balance due since two years and if I am not wrong they dont have... rights to ask any kind of payment after 3 month of moving out. Trust me on this, think twice before rent out apt in tower at four lakes. We lived there and were very happy but since the eagle management handling the property they are just money hungry. First they gave us a unit which had bug problem and they did nothing but bug sprey couple of time.while we complained about this whole year we lived. I showed the the video, photos so many times, how the bugs ruining our food and they are everywhere property manager said the previous renter didn't have this issue and did nothing. I am not surprised that after two years without informing or sending any Bill's to is they put us into collection. I thinks I made a mistake to rent a unit with them now I have to suffer.

Think twice before you rent

We lived there and were very happy until management changed but since the eagle management handling the property they are just money hungry. I am not surprised that after two years without informing or sending any bill to us they put us into collection. They could have called us and leave a voice mail. I thinks I made a mistake to rent a unit with them now I have to suffer.
