I’ve lived here for a while and honestly the place has improved alot. You can tell the new owners have been putting effort into improving the property and it’s definitely made a difference. The office staff seems to care and overall it’s been a good place to live. The grounds are being kept up, theres new pool furniture and I can see them working on one of them and in general the community feels a lot more comfortable and cared for now. Glad I decided to stay.

Home Sweet Home
I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and have had a really positive experience so far. The rent is fair for the area, and the property manager has been reliable, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. One thing I was nervous about before moving in was pest or rodent issues, but I’ve had absolutely no problems at all. I also haven’t had any issues with the heat or water since moving in, which has made things very comfortable. The neighbors around me have all been friendly and... respectful, and the community has felt very peaceful overall. My apartment is nicely renovated and feels super cozy now that I’m fully settled in. My favorite feature by far is the large picture windows—they bring in so much beautiful natural light and really make the space feel warm and inviting. Overall, I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home.

Ricci is making a positive change.
Many positives about Huntington House. Central location to shopping, parks, groceries, movies, churches, health care and all those little extras that make life easy. The property is has on-site laundry rooms, well maintained, well lite grounds, swimming pools, and parking area. As apartments are vacated new management upgrades the units with new flooring, new sinks, cupboards and appliances. Management provides periodic resident get together of pizza parties, cider and donuts, free burgers, etc.... During a water issues for a couple days in the winter management provided case of water for the residents. Ricci does a walk around a few times a week to make sure things are in order.
On the negative side, maintenance is slow, and hit or miss if repair is correct. This is due mostly to manpower shortage. Even with receptacles, some few residents don't pick up after their dogs, leave their trash where they drop it, can't get their garbage in the trash cans. The laundry is run by an outside company so the machines, while new, sometimes are out of order. The outside company is ... My personal complaint it the guy upstairs throw his boots across the room, and walks with lead feet. So the negatives are more tied to the residents, than the complex. But this is to be expected in any apartment complex.

It's home
I've been here for 4 years this year and I've seen the growth. I've had very a few concerns with basic repairs but no major complaints. We've seen several different management teams but Ricci and here team are great! They did complete upgrades to the complex in an out and shes very helpful and responsive. Its pretty peaceful here and im happy to continue calling it home.

Nice apartment
This is the second apartment I have leased and overall it is nice. Rent is a bit high compared to other places considering the amount of space in each apartment. I have noticed lots of work being done to make the community look nicer. I hope the pool is open during the warmer season. I’m am content with my apartment and I have made it feel like home. Staff is nice and respectful that’s all you can ask for.
