Lived at Fountain View on the Plaza for just over a year now and without hesitation decided to renew the lease. This has been a great place to live, beautiful community area, great location and friendly staff and management. Moved to Kansas City not knowing anyone or much about the area I am happy this is where I've ended up and the friends I've made by living in this complex.

Fountain View on the Plaza provides reliable service from the dedicated staff. The amenities are amazing as well as the atmosphere. All maintenance requests are fulfilled with a quality effort and the work is completed expertly.

I��ve mostly enjoyed living here. However, the garage situation has been frustrating. I work from home and hear that horrible noise all day long. I also think it’s ridiculous that we pay an amenity fee every month, and the pool won’t be open for Memorial Day weekend.

I love living here! The amenities, neighborhood, staff, and actual apartment are amazing. There’s a lot of natural light, and the balconies are a good size.
