Lived at Fountain View on the Plaza for just over a year now and without hesitation decided to renew the lease. This has been a great place to live, beautiful community area, great location and friendly staff and management. Moved to Kansas City not knowing anyone or much about the area I am happy this is where I've ended up and the friends I've made by living in this complex.

Fountain view has been great! They are very responsive to questions or concerns & host lots of fun events for the community! They also just updated & put in new amenities. It’s been great so far!

I’ve mostly enjoyed living here. However, the garage situation has been frustrating. I work from home and hear that horrible noise all day long. I also think it’s ridiculous that we pay an amenity fee every month, and the pool won’t be open for Memorial Day weekend.
