Note of appreciation Palisades Lincolnton is amazing. We have lived here for nine years it gets better each year. Most apartment complexes deteriorate over the years. Palisades Lincolnton improves every year. The management team and the maintenance team are customer focused 24/7.

Beautiful Place to Call Home
I recently moved into The Palisades of Lincolnton and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Jen in the office made the entire process smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. From our very first phone call to my initial visit, apartment tour, and application—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional every step of the way.
I was impressed by the beautiful apartment options, the quick next-day approval, and the detailed checklist that made my move-in transition seamless. It... truly felt like a luxury experience from start to finish.
The amenities here are top-tier—especially the saltwater pool, which is a huge plus!
Overall, 5 stars and a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend The Palisades of Lincolnton to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home!”
