ROACHES
Bugs non stop since move in Mar 2025. I have submitted 5+ pest control services including a “clean out service” where they just put liquid in the kitchen cabinetry and another detailed service where they put powder in the kitchen cabinetry. Neither worked and no follow up occurred lol. They are terrible and the customer service is horrible as well. Crime is rampant in this parking lot too. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

After just over a year of residing here at Avana Matthews, I can say that I like it a lot. I'm hoping to one day love it. But, because the staff is kind and considerate of my concerns, I will continue to work with them on making this "house" a home.

I've had a good experience so far. Quiet neighborhood, I live around good neighbors. The apartments are a lil old, but they've been trying to keep them up. A few bumps, but I do love my apartment for the most part. Maintenance has been great so far. Haven't got to experience amenities yet, hopefully that won't be an issue
