I would not recommend living at this property based on our experience. The biggest issue throughout our lease was the lack of communication, organization, and empathy from management.

We experienced multiple ongoing issues with the parking garage/access system, and when we reached out for help, management repeatedly blamed us and called it “user error.” Later, an email was sent out admitting that numerous residents were experiencing the exact same issue. Instead of taking accountability from... the beginning, customer service was dismissive and rude whenever we tried to get the problem resolved.

The management team also expects tenants to be extremely accommodating to their needs, including frequent apartment access requests, but does not extend that same grace in return. We were moving out of state from North Carolina and specifically confirmed our move-in date and key pickup time well in advance. Then, only a few days before our scheduled move, they called and said they “didn’t realize” the office was closed that day and asked us to change our move-in date last minute. Rearranging a long-distance move on such short notice cost us significant extra money and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process.

However, when we later needed flexibility and understanding from management regarding our move-out situation, that same grace was not returned at all. The double standard was very clear.

On top of that, we had maintenance issues immediately upon move-in, including problems with both the dishwasher and the washer/dryer.

Overall, the property itself may look appealing, but the management experience completely outweighed any positives. The staff came across as unorganized, unaccommodating, and lacking empathy for tenants. Very efficient, and courteous Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner with great customer service skills.

The maintenance guys here are prompt, proficient, and professional when it comes to repairs.

So helpful! Our AC was acting up a little so I put a request in around 7 pm (expecting it to get addressed maybe within a day or two) and before 9 am the next morning it was all taken care of!
