A Building a Cut Above the Rest
The whole experience with River Park team has been absolutely stellar. The entire team, from the front desk, to maintenance, to leadership, has been incredible to work with. And there is not one person that does more than the next, but rather they all put forth a ton of effort to help you choose the apartment that's the best fit for you, and also have a smooth move-in experience. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Sara, Colby, Nick and Emily by name, as they truly went above and beyond in helping... me figure out if River Park was the place for me. Even when there was a small miscommunication before move-in, they handled it quickly and professionally, without any hassle. And Emerson and Gene were super helpful in getting maintenance taken care of asap. Moving from California and not knowing much about the area, I knew it was important that where I ended up, I needed to feel comfortable with the daily team at the building, as the transition was not going to be an easy one, and I'm so glad I chose this location and team!
