they are falsely advertising by stating they have a pool. They do not. They have not for 3 years. No one told us this before signing our lease at the beginning of the year. All was stated that it was closed because of weather. Which is a given but also their laundry room is out of order and has been.

my spouse and i payed $70 for the application fee. i informed them that i had recently just started a new job and didnt have a paystub from them yet. nothing was said. so we payed the fee and applied. after we applied she said we have to wait to reapply again until i have 2-3 months worth of paystubs and that they cant accept paystubs from any previous employment. my spouse alone makes more than 3x the rent and thats not including my income. they are now not responding to any of our emails after... taking our $70. it was not disclosed in the application nor her responding email that you needed to have 2-3 months worth of paystubs from your current job and werent complying with the fact that i just started a new job and my spouse alone makes more than 3x the rent.

I must say the new manager Denise as well as maintenance are doing an amazing job. As long as you reach out to them about the issues she will get her guys right on top of it. The renovations are beautiful. I wish she would have come a long time ago.
