If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Living here has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences I’ve ever dealt with. There has been an ongoing roach infestation that has made the apartment basically unlivable, and despite paying for pest control, nothing has actually been done consistently or effectively.
I’ve gone to the front office multiple times over the past few months, sent emails, and tried to get help, but I’ve been dismissed over and over again.... Instead of taking accountability, management avoids real conversations and refuses to meet in person, only wanting to communicate through email or phone, which feels like they’re just trying to deflect the situation rather than fix it.
At one point, I even asked to transfer units, and they told me they couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be roaches elsewhere which says everything you need to know about how widespread the issue is. This has gone on for far too long, and it’s taken a toll on my health and peace of mind.
Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the health risk. It’s honestly best not to stay here.

I love living at Avana Eldridge because the landscaping is always kept up. The community has great lighting in the parking lot at night. The swimming pool is always clean. The grills are always working. The seating at the pool is always clean. The dog park is always open, clean, stocked with trash bags, and the trees provide shade. The community always had dog trash cans and bags. All the gates are working. The leasing office staff is always helpful, friendly, professional, and responsive. My... neighbors are so sweet too.

I’ve lived at Avana Eldridge for a little over three years now, and it has truly felt like home. One of the things I love most is the cozy, unique aesthetic of the community. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, and it’s clear that many of the families here take pride in where they live. I really enjoy seeing people comfortable enough to take walks around the complex with their families and friends, it creates such a warm and respectful neighborhood feel.
The amenities are well maintained... and always look nice. The maintenance team does an excellent job caring for the landscaping and overall property. After the recent storms, any damages were repaired promptly, which I really appreciated. Even right outside my apartment, plants that were damaged during the freeze were quickly removed and cleared out, keeping everything looking clean and cared for.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and plan to renew my lease for a bigger unit when it’s up. That alone speaks to how satisfied I’ve been living at Avana Eldridge. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home.
