Cedar Flats

The office never got back to me unless I went there and waited, often times they weren’t there. They would only speak with my parents, never took me seriously. We had a flash flood in august and nothing had been fixed when I moved out in December. They made all the students live in hotels for that long. Avalon only gets two stars because of their proximity to campus. Whenever I needed something done they always took months to get back to me. The high speed internet is a joke. My roommates and I always had to do our homework on campus, even after we got an internet booster. The front desk employees are always really nice but they drag their feet on everything. If you pay for a shared room, look out! They'll put you with 5 roommates instead of splitting it evenly between shared and private.

Avalon apartments are a fantastic location. The owners are great to help with occupants needs regardless of the hour. My car battery was dead and they quickly came to my rescue! They are friendly and great to work with!
