I do NOT recommend!
I moved into this community on May 8, 2026, and from day one, the air conditioning in my apartment has not functioned properly.
I submitted a maintenance request immediately and emailed management. Initially, someone came out promptly, but the repair lasted only a few days before the AC stopped working again.
Since then, I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, sent emails, left voicemails, contacted the emergency maintenance line, and visited the leasing office in person seeking updates.... Despite these efforts, communication has been inconsistent and often nonexistent.
The temperature inside my apartment has repeatedly exceeded 85 degrees, making it uncomfortable and, at times, uninhabitable. I was forced to make multiple two-hour trips to stay with family and retrieve a portable air conditioning unit from storage just to make the apartment somewhat livable.
The HVAC issue has also had a direct financial impact. Before installing the portable unit, the system ran continuously without properly cooling the apartment. As a result, my first electric bill exceeded $180, leaving me to absorb increased utility costs for a problem that has existed since move-in.
What has been most frustrating is not just the HVAC issue itself, but the lack of communication. I had to physically visit the office to get a response and have someone inspect my unit. I repeatedly initiated contact just to receive basic updates. I was eventually told a part had been ordered, but weeks passed without any follow-up, timeline, or status update.
As of June 4, nearly a month after moving in, I still do not have functioning air conditioning and have received little meaningful communication regarding resolution. I even had to visit the office again today simply to have my ticket reviewed.
Maintenance issues happen, but residents should expect urgency, transparency, and consistent communication when those issues affect habitability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
If you are considering moving to this property, I strongly encourage you to consider how management handles maintenance concerns and resident communication before signing a lease.
