Are there other interesting places to live in Utah other than Salt Lake City?

Salt Lake City’s not the only place to live if you’ve got your sights set on living in Utah, and even a quick check online will show you that there’s a literal treasure trove of rental properties, studio apartments, and condos available in the Ogden area that might make relocation a priority in your immediate future.

Ogden Utah apartments can be found for what might otherwise pass for ridiculously low prices in other more expensive areas of the state. On average, the cost of a one-bedroom apartment in Ogden will run you in the upper 500s, not often extending beyond $650. The average cost of a studio apartment can run as low as $340 a month, with more expensive options reaching close to $550.

But cost isn’t the only benefit of living a stone’s throw away from downtown Ogden. Apart from being home to Weber State University, the city boasts a number of historic landmarks, including the Union Station, which overlooks Historic 25th Street in downtown. Ogden residents now also have the option of reaching Salt Lake City by light rail, with the introduction of the FrontRunner in 2008, which services the 40 miles between the two cities.
