If you’re looking for thrifty Ohio rentals, Dayton gives you a good value for your dollar. A medium-sized city with plenty of amenities, this Midwest town has the combination of rural appeal and big city advantages. Everything you could possibly need is here, yet if you are hoping for a quiet spot to call home, you can always pass on living downtown in favor of one of the outlying suburbs. Towns such as Moraine and Springfield are options to consider if you prefer that type of feel. Downtown Dayton has all the perks of city living, minus some of the drawbacks. Traffic, overcrowding and crime are all at far lower levels than they are in many larger cities in the nation. You can get nightlife and parking at a reasonable cost and worry less about your things. In addition, the rural feel of the Dayton area suburbs is something that you would have to go far outside a main city to get in other areas of the country. The best part is that the cost of living isn’t as high as it is in places like New York or L.A.
