What are rents like in central Orange County?

April 25, 2012 | 0 Comments

If you want a centrally located apartment, Orange County offers some great cities in the heart of the region. Take a look at cities such as Costa Mesa, Cowan Heights, Fountain Valley or Garden Grove. If none of those work for you, try Midway City, North Tustin, Santa Ana, Tustin or Westminster and see if they are more to your liking. Rents in this area tend to be pricey, with the average high at about $2340 for an apartment and an average low of $1364. As for the breakdown, it is as follows:

  • A studio apartment runs from about $1257 to $1572.
  • A one-bedroom apartment runs from about $1236 to $2231.
  • A two-bedroom apartment runs from about $1666 to $1926.
  • A three-bedroom apartment runs from about $2130 to $2784.

Naturally some places are a bit more pricey than others, and you will probably pay more for living in downtown Santa Ana than you would for choosing a more out of the way rental in North Tustin. This area has a great atmosphere and it is a destination in and of itself, making it a wonderful place to live.
