Chester County is located in southeast Pennsylvania, and it is about 30 miles from Philadelphia. Approximately 760 square miles in size, the county was founded by William Penn in 1682. There are 491,489 people living throughout the various cities, townships and boroughs, so apartments in Chester County are not very hard to find.
