If you work in the downtown area, you may want to look at apartments in South Fort Worth areas, such as Everman and Burleson. These cities are just a short drive from Fort Worth, and they have a more suburban feel to them. Everman is just 20 minutes from the DFW International Airport and a short drive from downtown, making it a great spot for those who travel a lot for business or pleasure. The town’s population is on the smaller side with approximately 6,000 people.

Burleson is just 12 miles south of Fort Worth and about 45 miles west of Dallas. With a population of more than 33,000, it is larger than Everman. With nine parks, a golf course and other outdoor spaces, this town also has a suburban feel to it. Another city that is located to the south of Fort Worth is Crowley. All these towns offer proximity to the downtown area along with a sense of community. Those who prefer to live outside the downtown area may want to check these cities for rental opportunities.
