Davenport is a small town in central Florida with a population of approximately 2,000 people. If you are tired of searching for Orlando, FL apartments, you may want to check out this city for a spot that provides easy access to the downtown area, as well as neighboring urban areas. Tampa and St. Petersburg are located to the west of Davenport, and Melbourne and Titusville to the east. With Interstate 4 right there, Walt Disney World is a ten-mile drive and the Orlando metropolitan area is around 30 minutes away. Even Miami isn’t too far for a day trip.

Davenport is about two square miles and it is located in one of the fastest-growing areas in central Florida. Even though it is a small town, it has an elementary school, two middle schools and a high school for residents.
