In terms of Florida apartment rentals, you can’t do much better than Lake Mary. Located to the northeast of Orlando, this pretty city has a population of approximately 15,000 people, and if you include the people who come to town during the day, that number swells to nearly 35,000. There is a wide range of housing available in town, and plenty of rental properties to choose from. Interstate 4 is nearby, so getting around to other cities in the central Florida area is easy from this location.

With regional malls that are only ten minutes away and the stores in the city, shopping is never difficult for residents of the Lake Mary community. Educational opportunities also abound in this region. Near town you will find Seminole Community College, the University of Central Florida, Rollins College and Webster College. Lake Mary has a mixture of commercial and office space in addition to the homes that are located there. This has attracted a number of large companies to the city, such as AT & T and Siemens Information and Communications Network, Inc. A quiet town with big-city access, Lake Mary is a great place to find a rental.
