What is Stafford County like?

Stafford County is in Virginia between Washington DC and Richmond. This makes the region a very desirable place to live—especially for commuters to either city. Located near I-95 and Route 1, it is only 25 miles from the DC beltway and 50 miles north of Richmond. Approximately 124,000 people live in this area, and with good services and an excellent public school system, it makes a good place to find a rental property.
