What is the area in northeast Baltimore County like?

April 25, 2012 | 0 Comments

The northeast section of Baltimore County is characterized by open spaces and a wide selection of housing styles. This area of the city has amenities such as Mt. Pleasant Park & Golf Course, Lake Montebello, plus quite a few parks. Apartments in Baltimore County northeast of downtown can be found in places such as Parkville and Perry Hall. Most towns in this region are close to Chesapeake Bay, and therefore have a prime location.

Parkville is located near I-695, making it a good spot for those who commute to downtown Baltimore for work. It also means that big city amenities are just a short ride away, so seeing a show or going shopping for the day isn’t a problem either. This is also true for Perry Hall, which is just northeast of Parkville. Perry Hall is right by I-95, providing convenient access to downtown. This suburb is only about ten miles from the city and it has a population of nearly 30,000 people. Both of these areas are currently unincorporated.
