Apartments in northwest, Marietta/Kennesaw/Woodstock are all fairly close to Atlanta. With a population of approximately 60,000 people, Marietta is one of the gems in this area. Marietta Square offers a unique shopping experience within the city, and there is a broad range of apartment choices here in town. Whether you are looking for something upscale or historic, you can find it in Marietta. Kennesaw is another town in this region, and it has a population of over 20,000 people that continues to grow at a good pace. Kennesaw State University is located here, as well as Chattahoochee Technical College. The recreational landscape of this community is a good one, offering residents two community parks, three neighborhood parks, tennis courts, baseball fields and a dog park, among other amenities. Woodstock is in this region as well, and it also boasts a good park system.
