What is the Mercer/Burlington area like?

The Mercer/Burlington area is northeast of downtown Philadelphia. Burlington County includes cities such as Beverly, Riverside and Burlington City and it has a population of over 450,000 people. It is the biggest county in the state and Mount Holly is the County Seat. There are over 34,000 rental properties in this region alone, so there are plenty of places to look at in the area if you need an apartment. Proximity to Philadelphia combined with great amenities are good reasons to give this area a look.

Although Mercer County is not as large as Burlington, it has some good rental opportunities as well. Home to Princeton University and situated halfway between New York and Philadelphia, this area has a lot to offer—and a terrific location. There are four public golf courses here, as well as numerous parks and a wildlife center. You can find towns that have a rural atmosphere and those that give more of a suburban feel. If you are searching for apartments in Mercer/Burlington towns, you can look at places such as Trenton, Princeton, Ewing and Pennington to get started.
