What is the northern half of Florida like?

If you are looking for apartments for rent, Florida is a great place to find them. The northern half of the state is lush, and a bit less crowded than southern Florida. You’ll have a little bit more room on the beautiful white-sand beaches here and the old-fashioned feel of many of the smaller towns only adds to the charm. The beaches are definitely a big draw for most people who are considering a move to the area.

In most of the cities there is also a good deal of green space. As a matter-of-fact, Jacksonville has the biggest urban park system in the United States. The St. John’s River runs through the Jacksonville area and provides some pretty scenery for some of the smaller towns in the region. There is also a 46,000 acre nature preserve here. If you are searching for a place to live that has beautiful outdoor scenery and plenty of rental opportunities, be sure to take a look at the northern half of the Sunshine State.
