The city of Bexley is a community of about 13,000 and is considered to be one of the most desirable places to live in the suburbs of Columbus. It is home to the Ohio Governor’s Mansion, a highly regarded school system, and the prestigious Bullitt Park district.

Bexley’s main street district features shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, including the historic Main Street Drexel Theatre.

The city boasts an excellent public school system as well as two prominent private institutions: Columbus School for Girls and the St. Charles Preparatory School. Capital University and Trinity Lutheran Seminary also make their homes in Bexley.

The Jeffery Park spans about 40 acres and includes natural woodlands, walking trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, picnic areas, and a community pool. Bexley’s parks and recreation department offers many special events and programs for children, adults, and seniors at its facilities.

Rentals in Bexley range from one to three-bedroom units. Rent is about average for Ohio apartments, particularly in the the greater Columbus area.
