Where can I find affordable apartments outside of Columbus?

Delaware, Marion and Marysville each have something special to offer residents.

Marysville unemployment rates are consistently below state and national averages due to its strong industrial, commercial, and agricultural roots. There are an estimated 1,300+ employers in the city, including Scotts Miracle-Gro, Honda’s Motorcycle and Auto Plants, and Nestle’s research and development. Maryville also boasts over 300 acres of parks, with sports fields, fishing, a nature preserve, a Frisbee gold course, and a skateboard park.

The city of Delaware is the home of Ohio Wesleyan University. The area has a popular farmer’s market, the Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra, the Delaware County Cultural Arts Center, and a crop of unique antique shops.

Each September, the city of Marion hosts the Marion Popcorn Festival, attracting crowds of over 250,000 to the town. Another Marion claim to fame is being home to the 29th president of the U.S., Warren Harding. The city is also home to a local winery and vineyard as well as the historic Palace Theatre.

Apartments in the Marysville/Delaware range from one to three-bedroom units. Rents run about average for the Columbus area.
