If you are looking for apartments in Tri-Cities area, you might want to try the booming city of Pasco.

The New West Pasco Area
In the late 1990s, developers purchased large farm circles in west Pasco for residential and commercial development. Due to its central location and virtually all-new housing and business, this neighborhood has attracted many new residents. The population of Pasco has recently surpassed that of its neighbor city, Richland.

Pasco Culture
The economy of Pasco is mostly based on agriculture and, in recent years, a booming wine industry. Therefore, it’s no surprise that the Pasco Farmers Market, located in downtown Pasco, is the city’s most popular annual event. The market is open from May through October each year, drawing a large regional crowd and providing an outlet for farmers selling fresh produce.

The Fiery Foods Festival is another popular local event, held each September. This one-day festival highlights the city’s thriving Hispanic culture and celebrates spicy foods of all varieties.
