The Convention and Power & Light District of Kansas City is more than just a tourist mecca. The area is home to Bartle Hall, the city’s convention center, and the Sprint Center Arena, an 18,500-seat venue that hosts major concerts, sporting events, and other shows. Connecting Bartle Hall and the arena is the Kansas City Power & Light District, an entertainment district chock-full of shops, bars, restaurants, and live-entertainment venues.

The construction of the Power & Light District and the Sprint Center marked a revitalization of the area. It is now a thriving, active neighborhood that has quickly become the place to be in Kansas City.

Several cultural venues can be found in the surrounding area, including the Municipal Auditorium, the Music Hall, the Midland Theatre, the Folly Theatre, and the Quality Hill Playhouse.

The rentals Kansas City offers in this area and nearby neighborhoods range from studios to three-bedroom units and include lofts. They are priced on the high end of average for the Kansas City Metro area.
