This is a basement suite, and while we strive for a peaceful stay, there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. There are no parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music allowed. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A CAD 250 fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit, following law and fine policy. No shoes are allowed inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; please be mindful of neighbors and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as we have a noise detector.
