This is a basement suite, and while we strive for a peaceful stay, there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A CAD 250 fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit, following law and fine policy. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws, and basement tenants. One complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db; we have a noise detector. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes. [SI]
