Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee of $75 per person, per night. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000 or more if security or eviction is required. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, and will incur a fee of $1,000 plus odor removal and remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property and will incur a fee of $1,000 if any evidence is found, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen or odor remediation, and any costs incurred. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith or rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin or inspection fee of $400 will be charged. Any violation of the house rules may result in a same-day check-out of the stay with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
