If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith/rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin/inspection fee will be charged $400. Any unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen/odor remediation, and any costs incurred. Any poop left in the yard is subject to a fee.
