The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 adults, and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the building, and if you arrive with pets, you will not be allowed to enter. This is an adult-only residence, and children are not allowed on the premises. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. Check-in is after 3 pm until 8 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice and will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the reservation may be canceled immediately and a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged. [SI]
